Terms and refunds
The overtime pass
A one-time digital download, delivered right after payment through your Polar customer page: HD video files of the released parts of Her Bell, the bell decoder (PDF), a sound pack (ringtones and tones) and a wallpaper pack. New parts and bonus scenes are added to the same pass when they come out, at no extra cost. Nothing is shipped. The files are for your own personal use; please don't re-upload or resell them.
The thank-you
As a thank-you, each pass holder's chosen name is shown on the floor 12 board on this site, with an employee number. It is a free bonus, not something sold on its own.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to buy. The series itself is for viewers 13 and up.
Payment
Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds any sales tax and sends your receipt.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, through Polar or by writing to us. A refunded pass leaves the board.
Your name on the board
You choose the name at checkout, up to 20 letters, and it is public. We remove names that are rude, hateful or someone else's real name, and we may shorten long ones.
The content
Her Bell is fiction. It is a romance about tension and contains nothing explicit.
Custom work
Cameos, brand placements and sponsorships are agreed separately by email and invoiced directly. They are not sold through the site checkout.
